darkfield.ch for Windows
Darkfield software as a stand-alone Windows application. No server in the practice, no monthly subscription for compute, no cloud dependency in daily use. Installation takes under five minutes.

Application (Windows)
Runs on Windows 10 from version 1809 and Windows 11. Signed MSIX package — the Windows security prompt shows the publisher „lightnet multimedia gmbh".
Enable sideloading once in Windows settings under „For developers". A Microsoft Store submission is planned for a later release.
Recognition model
The pattern recognition module (about 84 MB) downloads automatically on first run. After that one-time download the app runs fully offline.

checksum is verified automatically by the app.

Licensing
After installation the app starts in test mode with the full core feature set. PDF export and participation in the community exchange require a pro licence key. Requests — including evaluation licences or multi-seat licences — via info@darkfield.ch.
